The Potential Lunatics are a musical rock group formed by: Emma, (13 years old. she is the vocalist, bass and guitarist)and Isaac (11 years old, in charge of the drums and part of the vocals also).
They are incredibly talented for their young age. This band from around Los Angeles, CA is demonstrating that Grunge and Punk are NOT dead.
Their principle influences are: The Violent Femmes, Pavement, The Vaselines, Weezer, The Beatles, The Pixies, Tiny Masters Of Today, Elliott Smith, Foo Fighters, The Mamas and The Papas, Rancid, Toxic Muffin, Pearl Jam, Dinosaur Jr, The Clash, Sleater-Kinney, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Smiths, Green Day, The Breeders, Radiohead, The Jam, Bikini Kill, R.E.M, Social D, The Doors, Nirvana, Black Flag, The Sex Pistols. Something exciting to see very young people that follow the legacy of Grunge-Rock. They sound wonderful now, and with time they will get better.
Grunge has not died and it never will. Rock is a form of art and expression that will be continued forever through the generations.
